All of our Mobile Bar packages come standard with the following.

Two Professionally dressed OLCC Certified Bartenders who are knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to ensure your drink service runs smoothly and is memorable.

Event Insurance

Set up/tear down hours at no additional cost

Galvanized buckets for chilling drinks

Coolers if applicable

Pop up 6ft bar if applicable

Pop up 4ft back bar if applicable

Disposables: Including but not limited to... Beer Cups, Wine/Cocktail Glasses, 

Champagne Flutes, Cocktail Napkins, Straws, Garnish picks

Any applicable Garnishes/mixers

Ice 

Clean-up of our bar area and disposables until end of service time

Travel of up to 80 miles round trip from 97501

Alcohol shopping list, and budget help as well as help with pickup if needed.

Unlimited communication and planning

Printed Signature drink menu for your guests and custom drink names should you desire. 

Water and one Non- Alcoholic beverage of your choice (Lemonade, Tea, Juice, infused water)

*Ask us about our premium options like Cold Brew Coffee, or Tropical Lemonade

• All packages are priced for up to 100 guests and come standard with two Bartenders to ensure your event runs smoothly and your guests are happy. Anything over 100 guests will be an additional fee. Please request a quote for accurate pricing.  

• All of our packages include travel cost of up to 40 miles each way from 97501. Anything further than that will include a travel fee of $1 per mile. 

•  Additional Bartenders are available for a fee of $50/Hour and may be required based on event size and/or complexity. 

• Additional Time, our Bartenders are happy to stay longer than the 4 hours included in the package price. Additional hours will be charged at $100/HR.

• Gratuity: A 10% service fee for the Bartenders will be added on to any package, if you would prefer to not allow tipping at your event, the service fee will be 20%.
