Frequently Asked Questions

The only package that includes alcohol is the Enthrall Package. The Embrace or Enchant package do not include alcohol nor is it reflected in any package price.  If you are purchasing the alcohol we will help you budget, create a shopping list, or even shop for you if needed.

We understand flexibility is important when it comes to planning events. 

This is why we offer flexible payment plans. Please contact us and we can discuss this with you in further detail.

All Packages require a Non-refundable retainer of $100 to hold your date which will be used towards the total cost of your booking. (50% down for Enthrall package)

We require the booking be paid in full 30 days prior to the event as we want you to enjoy your day without any distractions, while allowing us to focus solely on serving you.

The retainer is non- refundable due to the fact we save a date for you, this means that anyone else interested in this date will be turned away. 

While the retainer is Non-refundable , but if you have to cancel for any reason, we will give you a $100 credit towards future services.

Our Policy is pretty simple

We require a Non-refundable retainer of $100. This allows us to be able to provide a flexible payment plan and cancellation policy, while still compensating us for holding your date should you need to cancel.

Payment is due in full 30 days prior to your event.  

We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Credit and debit.

You can Cancel anytime up until 30 days prior to your event, and any payment received by that point will be returned to you. minus your non-refundable retainer. 

If you choose to cancel your event after the 30-day cutoff, you will not receive a full refund. However, we will try to reschedule your event for a more suitable date.

• Cancel within 30 -20 days prior to your event you will receive a refund of 75% of your total balance minus the Non-Refundable Retainer.
• Cancel within 20-10 days prior to your event you will receive a refund of 50% of your total balance minus the Non-Refundable Retainer.
• Cancel within less than 10 days of your event and no refund will be given.

If we have to cancel for any reason your entire payment INCLUDING the Non-refundable retainer will be returned to you.
